You can easily cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation method depends on where you originally purchased your subscription (Web or Mobile App).
1. Purchased via Website (Web Subscription)
If you subscribed directly through our website, you can cancel your subscription via our Customer Portal.
1.Go to the Customer Portal.
2.Enter the email address associated with your account.
3.Follow the instructions to manage or cancel your subscription.
2. Purchased via App Store or Google Play
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), your subscription is managed by Apple or Google. We cannot cancel these subscriptions for you.
