In summary, our refund policy is based on a 28-day completion program, with the following requirements:
• Completion Period: You must complete a 28-day active streak within 60 calendar days from the purchase date.
• Proof of Completion:
– Open the calendar page in the app
– Take a screenshot clearly showing 28 consecutive active days
• Submission:
– Email faceformsupport@wowooapps.com within 30 days of completing the streak
– Use the subject line: “28-Day Streak Refund Request”
– Include your full name, purchase email, platform (App Store, Google Play, or Web), purchase date, User ID (Settings → Copy Account ID), and the required screenshot
• Evaluation: Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Incomplete or missing information may result in disqualification.
