If you started your subscription directly inside the mobile app, your payment is managed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). Faceform cannot cancel these subscriptions on your behalf. You must cancel them through your device settings.
Please follow the steps below for your specific device:
🍏 Apple (iOS)
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Name (Apple ID) at the very top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select Faceform from the list.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Note: If you do not see a "Cancel" button, or if you see a message in red saying "Expires on [Date]," your subscription has already been canceled and will not renew.

🤖 Android (Google Play)
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your Profile icon at the top right.
Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Select the Faceform subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

⚠️ Important Reminder
Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps above to stop future payments.
After canceling, you will continue to have access to all premium features until your current billing period ends.
